CIP Voting Participation

- Dear Super Validators,We appreciate everyone's active participation in the CIP process to date as we all work together to scale up the Global Synchronizer ecosystem. Now that we have made meaningful progress towards a healthy ecosystem, we think it is important to ensure that the decision-making process is aligned with the originally-intended governance mechanics. Specifically, we want to remind everyone that the parties entitled to vote on CIPs are only those parties that operate their own Super Validator nodes. This is because these are the only parties that are able to actually effectuate the governance changes through the necessary technical changes. Parties that have Super Validator rights but that do not operate their own nodes are not able to make the necessary technical changes to implement governance changes and thus are not entitled to vote on CIPs.Of course, if you are a Super Validator rights holder that currently does not operate your own node, you can join the governance process by moving to operate your own node. Alternatively, you can also join the Global Synchronizer Foundation (if you are not already a member) to participate in the governance process through the Foundation's Super Validator node.Accordingly, going forward, only those of you that operate your own Super Validator nodes will be included on the mailing list for CIP votes.Thank you
