That said:
- This CIP combined with the CIP to introduce non-CC activity records for featured applications may increase the incentive for applications to spam the network with transactions of limited relevance. With the configurable privacy components of the network, it may be difficult to identify if this dynamic emerges. Interested in others perspective on this.
- We would like to discuss BME as it relates to this change.
