BMCP was founded in Luxembourg in 2018 and runs BMCP GmbH in Munich as a licensed and regulated Financial Service Institute.    As regulated and blockchain-agnostic investment bank for digital/tokenized assets, we see the strategic fit between Canton and Black Manta Capital in deal execution, distribution and settlement. We are already operating at the forefront of this financial evolution since 7 years and by participating in your network, we would gain further firsthand experience with cutting-edge technology. Furthermore, we might support you in ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. In addition, we want to integrate Canton into our platform and therefore automate and streamline various financial processes, such as payments, settlements, and compliance, reducing operational costs. Our goal is to offer new blockchain-based services to our clients and therefore differentiate ourselves from competitors, while also generating revenue.
