CIP 0037 Add Obsidian as a Tier3 SV

Hi Amanda,
I'd like to get us spun up ASAP. Our CIP says "Obsidian will take over operations of their own SV no later than 6 months after the approval of this CIP" - does this mean that in the mean time we can simply start accruing validation rewards through GSF's node? What do we need to do to make this happen? Afterwards, I would like to transition to our own infrastructure ASAP, but I don't want to miss out on coins in the mean time.
