Vote Proposal to add Circle weight to GSF SV based on CIP-0041

   According to CIP-0041, Circle is approved as a Weight 10 Super Validator.
   
   

   The voting proposal is to increase the GSF minting weight to +10.
   Votes will be submitted to increase the GSF weight from 305000 to 405000.

    

   PR to the configs repo
   
   It's a second attempt to add Circle's weight to the GSF node as now Circle has validators running on all networks.
