- According to CIP-0035, Five North is approved as a Tier2 SV (Weight 3).
As Five-North-1 now operates its own SV node and has already onboarded to all networks, we need to transfer Five North's SV weight to that SV node.
The vote proposal is to decrease GSF minting weight by 3 and to increase Five North minting weight by 3.
Two votes per network will be submitted:
1. Decrease the SV Weight of GSF from 405000 to 375000 basis points
