- According to CIP-0034, Proof Group is approved as a Tier3 SV (Weight 1).
As Proof-Group-1 now operates its own SV node and has already onboarded to all networks, we need to transfer Proof Group's SV weight to that SV node.
The vote proposal is to decrease GSF minting weight by 1 and to increase Proof Group minting weight by 1.
Two votes per network will be submitted:
1. Decrease the SV Weight of GSF from 375000 to 365000 basis points
