Vote Proposal to add weight to 5N SV for referring 2 validators to the network

   5N's request for a 0.05 weight increase for referring 2 validators(Nuveaux, iBTC) was approved by The Tokenomics Committee.

    

   The voting proposal is to increase the 5N minting weight by 0.05.

   Votes will be submitted to increase the C7 weight from 30000 to 30500 basis points
