Please upgrade to 0.3.21 on MainNet

   The Daml model upgrade has taken effect on MainNet.Your Validator node must be upgraded to at least Splice 0.3.20, or you will now be dropped out of consensus.
   
   Please also note that:
   
   * The Super Validators have already upgraded to Splice 0.3.21

   * MainNet upgrades nearly every week. You must upgrade on a regular basis, or you will be dropped out of the network. 
   * When new Daml models for Canton Coin and network governance take effect, Validators must be upgraded at least to the Splice version that contains those models.

   * The primary channel through which Super Validator operators communicate with Validators is # validator-operations, a Slack channel hosted by the Global Synchronizer Foundation (GSF). 
   
   The GSF will post to this email list occasionally, but you should not rely on this email list for the latest current understanding of the state of MainNet.

These models implement the changes approved in CIP-0051The vote has reached a threshold in favor, so it will take effect as scheduled on Monday, May 12th.Please make sure your node has upgraded to 0.3.20 before these new Daml models take effect.
