Tokenomics Committee Representatives and Chair Nominations

   Hello,

   Starting today and closing June 5th the Tokenomics Committee is conducting Nominations for new Representatives and a Chair. 

    

   Requirements for Representatives

   • In order to become a representative the individual must be an employee of a member company of the GSF.
   • It is expected that the representative attends every meeting of the Tokenomics Committee, currently meeting weekly on Friday at 9am EDT. 
   • At a high level, representatives need to research each CIP, Featured App and Validator Request plus participate actively in discussions and votes both during the Tokenomics Committee and asynchronously via email. 
   • Representatives should also actively work on CIPs as requested.

   Requirements for Chair

   • The chair is a representative and has all the above requirements, plus is responsible for creating the agenda for each meeting and leading each meeting. 

   Nominations close on June 5th. Vote will be conducted on June 6th. 

    

   All GSF Members are allowed to have 2 individuals attend the Tokenomics Committee meeting regularly without being nominated as a representative. These individuals can participate in discussions but do not have a vote.
