    P-OPS Team is an institutional grade validator and node operator company. We are a team of 9 and currently validate about 30 mainnets with another 60 or so projects in the pipeline (either in testnet stage or earlier), with a total AUM of about $400 million at the moment.

    Please provide information about why you believe you qualify to operate Validators in the Canton Network and why you would prefer to do this yourself instead of using one of the existing operators. :
    Since we have been running validators and other types of nodes (archivals, RPCs, indexers) since 2019 and our current portfolio is about 90 protocols. At the moment we operate more than 160 nodes on more than 200 servers in total. We are highly interested in joining Canto and supporting as a validator.

    How do you plan to further contribute to the Canton ecosystem? :
    We can offer a variety of services, such as archival/RPC nodes, introductions and connections to any of the other protocols we support (and others as well). We work closely with Lemniscap as well which is one of the VCs that has good connections elsewhere too. We specialize in helping teams structure or manage incentivized testnets (we designed and executed the whole BSR incentivized testnet for Celestia with 940 node operators participating), plan and execute foundational delegation programs (we currently manage it for Celestia) and further introduction to strong node operator and validator teams (we are connected to about 100 of them in total). We also offer advice of any kind on anything related to nodes, validators, testnets and mainnets (such as genesis, docs, parameters etc).
