The following Validator Application has passed for Breskulpeak

Congratulations on having your validator approved! We're very excited to have you spin up your validator node and join MainNet. Please find the next steps below. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

    Deploy your validator on DevNet/TestNet:

    • Set up your own node using the public docs.
    • Alternatively, ask one of our partners to spin up your validator node today. Reach out via email to any of them for more information.
    • We currently have a waitlist for deploying to MainNet.

    Slack

The email used in your application has been invited to the Slack channel #validator-operations hosted by the Global Synchronizer Foundation using Slack Connect. This email should have a Slack Pro account, otherwise the Slack Connect will not work.
→ Please let me know if others in your org should join and also need an invite.

    Media

We’re excited to share the news of your arrival on our blog and social channels! To make this happen, we have a template outlining the key details for the announcement. Please make a copy of the document, fill in your information, and share it back with us. Once we receive it, we’ll get started on the social posts!

There are a few other mailing lists you might consider joining to stay updated:

    High-Level Steps:

    1. Spin up your node on DevNet
    2. On Slack, share the fixed IP you'd like whitelisted on DevNet for your Validator node
    3. Spin up your node for DevNet
    4. Request a DevNet onboarding secret - via API call (curl)
    5. Spin up your node on Mainnet
    6. On Slack, share your fixed IP you'd like whitelisted on MainNet for your Validator node
    7. Spin up your node on MainNet

Backed by 5 years of experience in installing and maintaining validator nodes and 8 years of experience in system administration and development - we can guarantee that our validator will be updated in a timely manner, fully secured, with high uptime and hot backed up to a second node in case of problems with the main node. However, our efforts are not limited to reliability, we go further and take care of security to ensure that the network remains resilient in the face of any potential threats and abuse. We also pride ourselves on our flexibility, which allows us to adapt our validator to any requirements and unique needs of a particular network, regardless of its size, complexity or features, we are always ready to find the best solution to properly support your project. Our team is always one step ahead, responding instantly to updates and changes to keep your network running at peak efficiency. Management and monitoring 24 hours a day! Please provide information about why you believe you qualify to operate Validators in the Canton Network and why you would prefer to do this yourself instead of using one of the existing operators. :
Our team, Breskulpeak, is a responsible, technically skilled, and motivated participant, ready to contribute to the stability, security, and growth of testnet. Our participation will help the team achieve its goals and prepare the network for a successful mainnet launch. At Breskulpeak, we use Zabbix as our core monitoring solution for validator infrastructure. It tracks system metrics (CPU, RAM, disk), as well as blockchain-specific parameters via Cosmos P2P (26656) and RPC (26657) ports. Alerts are integrated with Telegram, ensuring immediate notifications and quick incident response. We're also in the process of expanding observability with Prometheus and Grafana for enhanced metric visualization. Orchestration is handled through custom Bash automation scripts for deployments, updates, restarts, and recovery. We additionally leverage TMKMS (Tendermint Key Management System) to isolate signing operations from the validator host, increasing overall security and reducing the attack surface for key compromise. We follow a strict weekly encrypted backup routine, storing validator wallets and keys on external encrypted drives across separate physical locations, enhanced with KMS (Key Management Systems). Validator keys are deleted from the server once the node is initialized and only temporarily restored for critical actions (e.g., governance voting or upgrades), minimizing exposure and preventing double-signing incidents. Access to our servers is protected with multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) via SSH, requiring multiple layers of authorization. With reliable tooling, proactive monitoring, and hardened key management, we ensure high uptime, stable node performance, and fast response times to network events or issues. As a node validator, we provide a wide range of services and key functions in decentralized networks. Here are a few aspects of our activities: ✅Relayer (customization, support): A tool in the Cosmos ecosystem that is used to transfer data between different blockchains that support the Inter-Blockchain Application (IBC) standard ✅Testing for network spam: Network testing for spam resistance. ✅Explorer (mainnet and testnet explorer): We maintain and develop an explorer that allows you to monitor and analyze transactions and blocks in real time. ✅Endpoints: We provide access to efficient and reliable endpoints to facilitate communication between network participants. ✅Genesis File (GenTX consulting): Prepare and provide up-to-date Genesis files for the successful launch and configuration of your network. ✅Addrbook: Manage addresses and ensure their consistency to improve your communication infrastructure. ✅Live Peers: Monitor and provide information about active nodes in real time. ✅State Sync Script: An option to quickly start the network. ✅Daily Snapshot: Provide daily snapshots for resiliency and recovery. ✅Technical Documentation (guides, security validator): We provide detailed technical documentation, including guides and security materials for our validators. ✅Scripts for Auto-Updates: We develop scripts to automatically update systems and provide the latest functionality. ✅Automation and Monitoring: You'll never miss a beat if your node is down. We implement automation and monitoring systems to ensure efficiency and stability. ✅Moderator, Ambassador: We participate in the community as moderators and ambassadors, promoting development and interaction. ✅Consulting services (priority support): Provide consulting services related to security and optimization of their decentralized infrastructures.
