   • CIP-0052, Monstera FZE is approved as a Weight 5 Super Validator.
   • CIP-0059, Woodside AI is approved as a Weight 10 Super Validator.
   • CIP-0060, Zero Hash is approved as a Weight 7.5 Super Validator.

   The voting proposal is to increase the GSF minting weight by 22.5, from 530000 to 755000 basis points.

We would like to include TRM's weight on the DevNet in the current batch, together with Monstera FZE, Woodside AI, Zero Hash, and ensure that the final proposed GSF's weight (75.5) aligns across all environments on August 15th.
