As a bank-owned, regulated custodian, Zodia Custody has the following processes in place: Infrastructure Standards Our Nodes are operated in a production-grade environment on AWS with organizational procedures, firewalls & operational controls in place Kubernetes-based deployment History of Uptime Leveraging the expertise of IntellectEU’s node hosting operations, who have provided operations for over a year on the network, Zodia has been running our own DevNet;TestNet & MainNet Operations with all upgrades performed correctly Multi-Tenancy Familiarity Proven multi-tenant plan, including a key segregation approach using DFNS to manage keys of multi-tenants As a custodian, Zodia is well positioned to distribute: Validator liveliness rewards to its clients. These rewards can be kept in escrow and shared to all tenants. Application rewards to its clients for all applications the company deploys to its clients’ validators Security & Access Management Zodia Custody will secure node operation keys on the infrastructure it controls. As a custodian, Zodia Custody will use its existing KMS systems (such as that provided via its supplier DFNS and that on its Harmonize Key Management system) to allow customers to control their own keys when hosted on multi-tenant validators.
