   The Splice team and the GSF node operators (IntellectEU) have agreed on a plan for addressing the current bug on DevNet, and its impacts across the calendar.IMMEDIATE ACTIONAll Super Validator node operators should immediately vote to reject the adoption of the Daml models proposed in this vote proposal on TestNet:
