    According to:
    • CIP-0061, Chainlink is approved as a Weight 7.5 Super Validator.
    • CIP-0065, Layer Zero, Wormhole, and Chainlink are approved as a Weight 3 Super Validator each. Also, this CIP introduces a "Bonus Pool" with a Weight of 5.
    • CIP-0069, Ledger is approved as a Weight 5 Super Validator.
    • CIP-0077, Taurus is approved as a Weight 5 Super Validator.
    The voting proposal is to increase the GSF minting weight by 31.5, from 81_5000 to 113_0000 basis points.

    Hello all,

    In today’s live meeting, the Accountability Committee reviewed the deliverables in CIP-0065. They had consensus that the intent of the CIP is that all deliverables are escrowed with the exception of "First to Production" and "Second to Production" bonus weights. Those two deliverables are not escrowed but instead applied only at the time of achieving the deliverable.

    The updated voting proposal excludes the "bonus pool weight" (5) as per the decision of the Accountability Committee and will increase the GSF minting weight by 26.5, from 81_5000 to 108_0000 basis points.
