   After a review by both the Tech and Ops Committee and Tokenomics please note that

   MPCH has successfully fulfilled their obligations under the Super Validator Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Digital Asset, delivering a robust hot and cold Key Management Solution (KMS) for node operator keys on the Canton Network.
   
   The solution adds to the critical security infrastructure in the Canton Network providing secure, scalable, and resilient key management capabilities essential to maintaining the integrity and operational safety of node operations. By deploying this dual-mode KMS, the Canton Network gains greater protection against unauthorized access and improved operational continuity across its ecosystem.
   
   As part of its ongoing contributions to the ecosystem, MPCH has also established hosting capabilities for Ghost Validator nodes, which serve as escrow validators during transition periods when new participants are fulfilling their Canton Improvement Proposals (CIPs). Tokenomics has approved MPCH as a provider of an SV rewards escrow recording service.
