   Following the approval of CIP-0067, this voting proposal covers a one-time MainNet Test allocation of 10 CC from the historical unclaimed rewards to the designated Global Synchronizer Foundation (GSF) address. This test allocation is intended to confirm that the end-to-end minting process functions correctly. Upon successful completion of this test allocation, the full allocation vote will be submitted.
