   Next steps for CIP Deliverables is to come back with the amount of CC that you are expecting with this weight for the given time period. Once your amount and the independently calculated amount are the same then the transaction will be implemented. The independent calculation will be done within 2 weeks.

   App operators must reduce elastic activity to the following levels by each date.  Failure to comply would result in losing featured app status
   

   • November 26:
   • Airdrop Drip Campaigns: below the lesser of 1 TPS or the TPS on November 25 of drip transactions per app
   • High Frequency Billing: per customer billing less than 1x / 30 minutes
   • December 3: 
   • Airdrop Drip Campaigns: less than 0.5 TPS of drip transactions per app
   • High Frequency Billing: per customer billing less than 1x / 2 hours
   • December 10: 
   • Airdrop Drip Campaigns: less than .25 TPS of drip transactions per app
   • High Frequency Billing: per customer billing less than 1x / 6 hours
   • December 17: 
   • Airdrop Drip Campaigns: less than 0.125 TPS of drip transactions per app
   • High Frequency Billing: per customer billing less than 1x / 12 hours
   • December 25: 
   • Airdrop Drip Campaigns: drip campaigns will no longer be eligible for featured app status
   • High Frequency Billing: per customer billing less than 1x / day
