   Ledger initially provided an external party ID, so its rewards were not minted on a round-by-round basis. This proposal corrects an issue of using the wrong partyID and allows Ledger to mint the portion of the Unclaimed Rewards by a party ID provided by Ledger, based on the calculation approved by the Tokenomics working group.
