   Previously submitted proposal with contract ID 005724a9be9fcd49ae8fd83b29f2a79c0787b68ae87cb69b193a212d9353b4ba89ca121220e0604705b8c922a480373138bd2d3064ebe5adcce55453ff8ce128d323323f25 had a typo in the beneficiary party ID (`:` instead of the `::` between the partyHint and namespace values).
