   I have initiated vote proposals on DevNet, TestNet and MainNet to implement CIP-0098

   When this CIP was approved by the Super Validators it did not include an onchain specification, so I'll state the specification here, and let you compare with the vote onchain

    

   The CIP calls for introducing a cap on Featured Application rewards equal to $1.50 per transaction.

    

   We'll do this by changing featuredAppRewardCap from 2000.0 to 1.5 for all values of the issuance curve that are still active. These will be the last three values in issuanceCurve.futureValues.
