    Splice 0.5.6 introduces important scaling improvements for synchronizer nodes, but also introduces a bug that can cause Validator processes to restart unnecessarily. While it's possible to apply a configuration change to get around this issue, the changes in this release are not critical for Validators, so the Super Validators recommend that all Validators skip this upgrade and go directly from 0.5.5 to 0.5.7 in future weeks.
