   According to CIP-0093 Bosphorus SV (BSV) is approved as an SV of max Weight 6 (6_0000 bps).

   The voting proposal is to increase Five-North-1 minting weight by 6 (from 3_0500 to 9_0500 basis points) across all network. 5N is hosting escrow for BSV.
