Amulet Rules Configuration Proposal on TestNet

   I have initiated a proposal to adopt the Daml models introduced by Splice 0.5.7 on TestNet. These models implement CIP-0082. 

    

   This vote has an accelerated timeline, as part of the overall plan to allow CIP-0082 to take effect on MainNet next week:
   
   Threshold Deadline is in 48 hours from now

   Effectivity is Thursday, February 5th.
