Vote Proposal to host escrow weight of ChainSafe on 5N SV

   The voting proposal is to increase Five-North-1 minting weight by 5 (from 14_0500 to 19_0500 basis points) across all networks. 5N is the hosting escrow for ChainSafe.

   Following up on my original post regarding the "Vote Proposal to host escrow weight of ChainSafe on 5N SV", please see the updated details below that supersede the previous information.

    

   According to CIP-0086, ChainSafe has a max weight of 5 (5_0000 bps). The actual weight awarded according to the announcement https://lists.sync.global/g/tokenomics-announce/message/295 is 1.95 out of 3, thus, the remaining weight to be held in escrow is now 2. This vote is to increase FiveNorth's weight by 2 (from 14_0500 to 16_0500 basis points) across all networks. 5N is hosting the escrow for ChainSafe.
