Next steps for Application Development Grants

   Hi everyone,

   I currently run a main validator node and actively support the CantonSwap application. While I remain dedicated to supporting the network's infrastructure, my primary focus is shifting to the application layer. I am currently mapping out the milestones for a new application and intend to submit a Development Fund proposal.

   Before I share specific architecture and project details, could someone confirm the correct process and next steps for securing a Tech & Ops Committee champion? I want to ensure I am following the official guidelines before submitting my documentation.
