    Hey all
We need our own Super Validator to support other SVs by running our own escrow, we’ve been considering the attached CIP specifications.
Would you be open to sharing your view on whether this proposal is strong enough to justify finding a sponsor? If you think it is, any guidance on what would make it more sponsor-ready would be hugely appreciated. We will add the traffic and CC amounts we generate through milestones once the format is appropriate to move forward.
    Thanks in advance.

    Specification

    1. Initial Weight: 0 (escrowed at maximum earn able weight of 5.0 on a representative SV node operated by the Foundation or an approved SV operator).
    2. Maximum Earn able Weight: 5.0
    3. Deliverables for SV Reward (Weight 5.0)

    | Deliverable | Acceptance Criteria | Deadline (from approval) | Weight Earned |
    |-------------|---------------------|--------------------------|---------------|

    | 1. Compliant SV Node Operation & CIP-0045 / CIP-0105 Compliance |
As the official Canton NaaS provider, deploy and maintain our own dedicated SV node from the start with 99.99% uptime, full locking commitment per CIP-0105, and complete compliance attestation. Evidence: node ID / PartyID details, uptime dashboard, and signed compliance statement. We will operate this node in full compliance with CIP-0045 at all times. Evidence: node ID, uptime dashboard, and signed compliance statement. |1 month | +1.0 |

    | 2. Platform Enhancements & Institutional Tooling Integration |
InfraSingularity will make its dedicated SV node available as an approved escrow provider for other new Super Validators, subject to GSF approval and network governance*.* Deliver production-ready enhancements to InfraSingularity’s official Canton NaaS platform: publish SDKs/APIs on an institutional onboarding portal which allows one-click app deployment tooling for enterprises. Evidence: live public documentation, at least one production institutional client using the enhanced tooling, and integration test reports. | 3 months | +2 |

    | 3. Institutional Node & Entity Onboarding |
Onboard ≥ 5 new institutional / enterprise nodes or participants via InfraSingularity’s official Canton Node-as-a-Service (NaaS) or 2 new featured apps operated by Infrasingularity managed nodes. Evidence: node IDs, delegation/participation records, and onboarding attestations verifiable by the Accountability Committee. | 3 months | +2 |

    Measurement & Reporting

InfraSingularity will submit a quarterly Activity & Attribution Report to the Accountability Committee (transaction hashes, volume/burn breakdown, owned vs. pro-rata).
    SV Reward Mechanics* (verbatim from approved CIP-0106 / CIP-0094 / CIP-0110)
InfraSingularity is responsible for all costs of the escrow SV.
    • The escrow SV does not mint rewards block-by-block; all rewards accrue to the Unclaimed Rewards pool.
    • Upon milestone completion, present proof and Canton Coin calculation to the Tokenomics Working Group.
    • Failure to meet any milestone by deadline: Remaining unearned weight is removed from the escrow SV; Tokenomics Working Group recommends handling of Unclaimed Rewards.

Full compliance with CIP-0045 (SV Operating Requirements) and CIP-0105 (locking framework). If final rewarded weight exceeds 2.5, self-host the dedicated node within the 6-month grace period.

    Hey all

A quick nudge for feedback so we can move forward if this aligns with the ecosystem. Any recommended changes would be really appreciated.

    Thanks & Regards

    hi Vitesh

    Thanks for submitting

I don't think these milestones quite meet the standards of current SV commitments. Generally, SV commitments at this stage in network are driven by material TVL, burn, or structural shift to how Canton gets used/integrated into key use cases / infrastructure

I would encourage you to explore the 5% fund for some of the items you might consider building in your Deliverable 2 section

Appreciate the interest and feel free to come back with an alternative proposal

    Eric
