    We recently implemented a weekly validator allocation process to manage access. The current policy prioritizes "GTM-ready" projects—those with functional builds on DevNet or TestNet ready for immediate MainNet activation.

We run our own hardware instead of just spinning up a VPS somewhere because we don't like depending on other people's infrastructure when things go wrong. We want to run our own Canton node because we're building an app that handles private rental contracts and need to be the ones monitoring it, fixing issues, and making sure everything stays private.
