   Featured App Guidance

   There have been significant updates to the Featured App Guidance, which will take effect on April 27, 2026 at 21:00 UTC.

   In addition, each PartyID will be designated exclusively as either an issuer or non issuer. Any application currently using a PartyID for both roles should separate those functions into distinct PartyIDs.    SV Locking Update

   SV locking formally begins at tonight at midnight UTC in accordance with the prior timelines.The first time under the threshold starts the seven-day clock for enforcement. Any exceptions to this must be communicated to sv@.... 
   
   SVs are expected to already be locked to the required tier level (70% for full weight) at that time.
   
   Interpretation discussed:
   

   • If an SV does not maintain the required locking threshold, weight reduction procedures begin immediately.
   • The 30-day restoration period starts when the SV first falls below the threshold, not when the vote starts.

   CIP Milestone Guidance

   The Super Validator Accountability Framework for CIP Weight Release and Maintenance has been updated to include a Linear Reduction Period for Milestone Delays section, which provides additional clarity on how delays are handled.

   The following CIP Milestones have been reviewed and approved by Tokenomics as complete

   • CIP-0080: Add Republic as an SV of Weight 6
   • Milestone 4 of weight .5 release for onboarding INX

   Featured App Pause

   Recent on chain activity associated with the following Featured Apps requires further review. The Tokenomics Committee voted to pause the following for a minimum of 1 week.  To be restored, the App must communicate how its activity pattern has changed to comply with guidance.
