[Proposal Draft] Jubilee — Privacy-Native NFT Marketplace & CIP-56 Reference Implementation
Also mentions:CIP-0100
- Hi all,I'm Utku from the Jubilee team. We've just submitted a Draft proposal to the Canton Development Fund: an NFT-focused CIP-0056 reference implementation paired with a privacy-native marketplace, fully validated on Canton testnet and prepared for MainNet deployment.
What we're proposing:- - An open-source NFT-focused CIP-0056 DAML reference library (Apache 2.0)
- - An atomic payment distribution pattern — platform fee + creator royalty + seller settlement in a single atomic operation
- - An on-ledger offer escrow primitive that eliminates unbacked-offer spam common in EVM marketplaces
- - A browser-encrypted self-custody wallet reference implementation
- - 4 milestones over ~13 weeks, with two independent security audits before live economic activity
Per CIP-0100, we're seeking a Tech & Ops Committee champion as external contributors. From the SIG directory, we see strong fit with the Token Standards / Asset Standards, dApp Integration, Wallet Apps, and Financial Workflows & Composability SIGs. Happy to share the proposal draft and walk through the testnet build with anyone interested.Best,
Utku
