   I created the vote for the practice LSU next week with tracking id 001335e9668df2ccb2f879aee58a17dd7ae08101b94f3930565edebde9e42191c6ca1212205590fa2e2815fd2ee6ca6b26fd869699c8574fcf689117f1bb7335aa62ecfe55.

   Expiry is 7 days, effectivity is just one hour later instead of a day as we didn't leave enough space between the Daml votes and the scheduled LSU to have 8 days. On MainNet that won't be an issue.

   Unfortunately we found a bug in the participant LSU Implementation. We have a fix but that means we'll need everyone to upgrade to 0.6.5 before the LSU. The current timeline for this is too short. So please reject the current devnet LSU vote.

   
   

   Current plan is to delay dev and testnet schedule by a week. MainNet is pending the discussion on whether it should move from Wednesday to Saturday or another day but will also be around ~1 day.
