[mainnet] Vote to adopt Daml models from 0.6.1

   Hi,

   I created the vote on mainnet with tracking id 00031ffa8ee80b41041fdcff6f13c89b00d4d9cd9bb79281f17fe4769713e6ba27ca121220aa85c6805cbf5923141c76d28b58e1fd771fdd17c56ad8c03b0daac9016238b9 to adopt the Daml models from 0.6.1 which we need for LSU. Expiry and effectivityt are the usual 7 and 8 days.
