    Global Synchronizer DevNet goes into Topology Freeze starting in a few minutes: 9 am US Eastern / 1300 UTC. This will halt the following on DevNet:
    • Party onboarding
    • Party migration
    • Node onboarding
    • Daml package vetting.


    Topology freeze allows new synchronizer nodes to upload the topology state in preparation for the Logical Synchronizer Upgrade, which takes place on DevNet tomorrow at 1300 UTC.
