Vote proposal to test one-time allocation of historical unclaimed rewards to Canton Strategic Holdings (CIP-0102)
- This voting proposal is a de minimis mint for the Canton Strategic Holdings to verify that the end-to-end minting process works correctly. 10 CC will be minted to confirm that allocation creation and mint mechanics function as expected. This serves as a test prior to executing the first milestone mint under CIP-0102.
