   The following items have been approved by Tokenomics and are now ready to be submitted to the SV onchain approval and voting to establish Featured App status.

   Featured App Exception

   Following review by the Tokenomics Committee, Copper may resume marking eligible ClearLoop activity at a reduced marker rate of 50%.
   This limited exception recognizes that current activity appears to reflect genuine customer use, while Copper continues working toward broader support for third-party issuer assets and flows. It is based on Copper’s specific facts and circumstances and should not be viewed as a permanent waiver or a general rule for other applications.
   The Foundation and Accountability Committee will continue to monitor activity and progress. This exception may be modified or revoked if usage patterns change, activity appears primarily reward-driven, unexpected behavior emerges, or progress toward broader third-party participation is insufficient.

    

   CIP CC Distributions

   The following CIP deliverables were previously announced as completed and now have Canton Coin values independently confirmed by two separate parties, and are submitted for SV onchain approval and distribution.
