   I created the vote to adopt the Daml models from 0.6.9 with tracking id 006483751b9aa7ba88b23e0effac3287bf20209579ecdb4e61a95b82fc3b13bee6ca121220329328d2b88b9572791193207bc0c416a6b023252b696abef674324408f6fa34 on testnet.
