   Hello Canton Development Fund team,
   

   
   My name is Kamal and I submitted a Development Fund proposal, Canton Agent Control Plane (PR #578).
   
   It was automatically closed because the Champion field is still pending. I am writing to ask for help identifying a suitable Champion, ideally from the Financial Workflows and Composability or Regulatory Compliance SIG.
   
   The proposal defines a narrow, pre-submit execution-control layer for institutional AI agents on Canton: on-ledger agent mandates, policy gates before command submission, human approval requests for higher-risk actions, revocation, and audit receipts with redacted export.
   
   It is intentionally non-overlapping with the AI Agent Interoperability proposal (PR #484), the approved x402 payment integration, the IntellectEU Daml Code Assistant, and the Hacken and GBBC monitoring proposals.
   
   To make review concrete, I have published a small proof repository that runs locally today:

   It can be verified with npm install and npm run verify, and demonstrates allowed, approval-required, and revoked agent actions, plus redacted audit bundles.
   
   Could you point me to a SIG member who might be willing to review and champion this proposal? I am happy to present it or narrow the scope as needed.
