   Hello,
   
   I’m Murad Malachiyev (@hitrich), an independent developer seeking a Champion and initial scope feedback for MilestoneOS:

   MilestoneOS is proposed open-source, Canton-native infrastructure for private multi-milestone grants, development bounties, accelerator awards, and commercial agreements. The deliverables include reusable Daml interfaces, reviewer-quorum workflows, Token Standard and Canton Coin settlement adapters, GitHub evidence integration, a TypeScript SDK, and a reference application.
   
   The proposal is intended as shared ecosystem infrastructure rather than a Foundation-specific governance portal or proprietary SaaS. Its final 320,000 CC is gated behind independently verified MainNet adoption and twelve months of performed maintenance.
   
   I’m seeking a Champion from the Financial Workflows & Composability SIG and would particularly value feedback on scope, alignment, reuse of adjacent Canton components, and the adoption milestones.
   
   The proposal already specifies `financial-workflows-composability`, although the automated SIG-label workflow failed during checkout. I have requested maintainer assistance applying the label.
