   I created the vote to enable traffic based app rewards and the Daml models from 0.6.12 (in one vote) on testnet with tracking id 007ea3a4819f4d6fad36a882a90a4004d249e75f4915b414c8f2e617e72aad8c0aca121220de6fb8b11f7e7ea67eaac7db7e0553fab00dbe561f17f1b2daa3c3cc8d057a0c.
