   I created the vote to enable traffic based app rewards and the Daml models from 0.6.12 (in one vote) on mainnet with tracking id 00d1c4b9ae753d5e0b9cd4785340956ebcd6fb500530cd876c39c4cd127f447694ca12122049a0b5b64997d9ef6eb3247505320f6f9adee1bdc6177b994bdbe0d7557e5826.

   Tokenomics indicated that they want the ability to set featured aplication weights before traffic based app rewards go live.

   
   

   So please reject the existing vote with tracking id 00d1c4b9ae753d5e0b9cd4785340956ebcd6fb500530cd876c39c4cd127f447694ca12122049a0b5b64997d9ef6eb3247505320f6f9adee1bdc6177b994bdbe0d7557e5826. We will create a new vote that just activates the Daml models so featured app weights can be set and then later create a vote to activate TBAR.

   Now that the original vote proposal is rejected, I've created a new one to only enable the daml models. 

   Since it is a subset of the one already voted on, it also retains the same threshold deadline and effectivity date, of Aug 17&18 respectively.
