[MainNet] CIP-0104 Delay Recommendation
- Tokenomics recommends that the SV node owners delay the go-live of CIP-0104 on MainNet, with no new proposed go-live date for the time being. Tokenomics also recommends accepting the current vote proposal to enable the Daml models from 0.6.12, which include the extension of traffic-based app rewards to Featured App weights, without enabling traffic-based app rewards in the same action.
