Champion routing request for Delegated Automation Capability

Hello,
Vacuumlabs submitted a Development Fund proposal for a reusable Daml authorization and delegated automation capability. The PR was automatically closed because the Champion field was not yet populated.
We believe the primary SIG fit is Daml Language & Developer Tooling, with dApp Integration as a secondary path. Could you advise which current Tech & Ops members are eligible and appropriate to champion a proposal in this area, or help route the proposal to those SIGs?
