I’ve opened PR #786 for Koschei Sentinel — Canton Security Assurance & Incident Readiness Toolkit as Needs Champion:

The proposal is primarily aligned with RFP 27 — Security Monitoring, Auditability and Evidence, with secondary alignment to RFP 28 — Security Governance and Member Assurance.
The proposed 12-week public-good scope extends an existing Sentinel cybersecurity foundation with new Canton-specific open-source work: a Canton evidence schema and adapter, privacy-aware deterministic assurance rules, evidence bundles, operator/developer CLI and API interfaces, a reproducible security benchmark/test corpus, reference integrations, documentation, and a maintenance plan.
The proposal explicitly separates pre-existing Koschei Sentinel capabilities from the new Canton-specific work requested from the Development Fund. The current request is 500,000 CC across four objectively verifiable milestones, with both the funding level and initial evidence-source scope intentionally left open to Tech & Ops review.
I would appreciate review from a Tech & Ops Committee member or relevant Security/Assurance participant who may be interested in championing the proposal. In particular, feedback on the initial evidence sources, milestone scope, acceptance criteria, and funding level would be very useful.
