Update SV Reward Weight

   Dear Super Validators,

   Taurus and Quantstamp have both restored their Tier 1 status within the 30 day window.  As a result they have asked to be restored to the Tier 1 status. 

    

   Changes to withdraw

   • Taurus → Reduce to Tier 2 (60% weight) due to falling below the Tier 1 locking threshold

     • Reduce minting weight from 3.0 to 1.8, keep escrowed weight at 2

   • Quantstamp → Reduce to Tier 2 (60% weight) due to falling below the Tier 1 locking threshold

   • Reduce minting weight from 1.0 to 0.6

   Therefore, we recommend a new vote to restore Taurus to a weight of 3.0 and Quantstamp to a weight of 1.0. 

    

   New Vote:

   • Taurus → Reinstate to Tier 1 (100% weight) 

     • Increase minting weight from 1.8 to 3.0, keep escrowed weight at 2

   • Quantstamp → Reinstate to Tier 1 (100% weight) 

   • Increase minting weight from 0.6 to 1.6 1.0

    

   Quantstamp has added a locking partyID of: Quantstamp-validator-1::1220acba2f1ab44b954a6de966678d7cc069e66a3986e4b5f4af29a6445c208f8fb1 this is currently being added to the dashboards.
