   Hi all,
   
   A short follow-up on PR #786 — Koschei Sentinel — Canton Security
   Assurance & Incident Readiness Toolkit, currently marked Needs
   Champion.
   
   Since the original submission, we have continued hardening the
   underlying security infrastructure in areas directly relevant to the
   proposed Canton work, including:
   
   - durable monitoring-state tracking;
   - explicit coverage-loss signaling;
   - ingest-gap detection and recovery tracking;
   - archive/restore verification; and
   - exact deployed-revision verification.
   
   These additions strengthen the evidence, operational assurance, and
   recovery foundations that the Canton-specific public-good work would
   build on. The proposal remains scoped around new Canton-specific
   deliverables, with the existing Koschei capabilities kept separate
   from the work requested from the Development Fund.

   We are seeking review from a Tech & Ops member with Security &
   Assurance experience who may be willing to Champion the proposal. The
   proposed 12-week scope, milestone acceptance criteria, 500,000 CC
   funding request, and initial evidence-source scope remain open to Tech
   & Ops review and adjustment.
   
   Happy to answer technical questions or revise the scope based on
   reviewer feedback.
