Canton Foundation Structure
Any Member can join a Member Committee or Working Group. Only Board Members or their Rep can join Board Committees.

Tech and Operations Committee
Facilitate communication among Super Validator Operators. Maintain slack channel and GitHub repository. Maintain reference implementations of Canton and Splice used by the Global Synchronizer. Maintain reference copy of operational and governance guidelines.
Tokenomics
Aims to design and optimize a sustainable economic model, ensuring balanced incentives, governance, and long-term stability for a token ecosystem.
Accountability Committee
Reviews all completed CIP deliverables recommends actions on underperformance, maintain transparency, and coordinate with other committees while avoiding conflicts of interest
Marketing Committee
Create a funnel for all incoming requests to the right participant, committee, or working group. Manage participant outreach and amplify activity in the community.
Featured App Metrics Committee
Focuses on defining, measuring, and refining how Featured Apps perform within the ecosystem, including activity standards, reward alignment, and compliance with program guidelines.
Legal Committee
Review Canton Foundation legal decisions and monitor participant compliance with items like OFAC.
Audit and Finance Committee
Review Canton Network financial decisions and monitor budget compliance.
Collateral Subcommittee
Responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the standards, policies, and operational frameworks that underpin collateral mobility across the Canton Network.
