Yuval Rooz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Digital Asset, a New York-based technology company best known for DAML, its open-source smart contract language. As CEO, Yuval leads the company’s vision and strategy to drive innovation in the digital asset and blockchain technology space.

Prior to Cloud9, Germán led Utilities strategic investments for JPMorgan Chase. Previously, Germán was the Head of M&A and interim CFO for a bank holding company launched to acquire failed/distressed financial institutions such as banks, specialty finance companies and credit providers. Jack began as an aircraft engineer, drawn to the precision and safety of aerospace systems. He later applied that discipline to digital assets, building APAC’s largest crypto quant fund database and leading research at TokenInsight. In 2021, he founded LTP to drive institutional adoption. Today, he leads LTP as a top global prime broker, delivering secure, regulated infrastructure across execution, settlement, custody, lending, and financing.

James Lang leads the investment team for Liberty City Ventures and is a member of the investment committee. The team performs market and competitive analysis within the blockchain and crypto space and conducts due diligence on prospective investments. The team also monitors portfolio company activity and performance. Mr. Lang has been with Liberty City Ventures since inception. He initially served as an internal consultant for companies incubated by LCV. In that capacity, Mr. Lang ran exchange operations for Paxos while serving as head of the OTC Trading Desk and Lead Institutional Client Relationship Manager. Then he participated in the launch of Lukka where he was Director of Operations.

Mr. Lang is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island. The committee manages a $175 million portfolio which has produced top decile returns during his term.

Previously, Mr. Lang was portfolio manager and a Principal of Cashel Capital, a top performing equity long/short fund focused on the real estate sector. During Mr. Lang’s tenure Cashel Capital posted positive results for every full year period, including +25.3% net in the crisis year of 2008. Prior to joining Cashel Capital, Mr. Lang was an analyst and the head trader for Washburne Capital Management, a merger arbitrage hedge fund. He began his investment management career as a trader at Guard Hill Capital, a risk arbitrage hedge fund. He received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration with a dual major in finance and accounting from New York University. As Head of Product at IntellectEU, Jonathan focuses on building technology solutions that enable more efficient and transparent global financial markets. During past six years, he worked on several payments and blockchain projects spanning capital markets, telco, and supply chain. Currently, Jonathan leads the development and implementation of the Catalyst Product Suite, a comprehensive solution that empowers institutions to modernize payments and adopt digital assets at scale by tackling the infrastructure and integration needs. The solution is actively used by participants on the Canton Network to support their operations.

John has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He is HSBC’s Group Head of Digital Assets and Currencies, responsible for the bank’s approach to CBDCs, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies and asset tokenisation. John is responsible for HSBC Orion, the propriety digital assets platform that financial institutions and corporations are able to use to issue digital bonds on blockchain. Prior to joining HBSC, John held various roles at ICE Futures Europe (previously the London International Financial Futures Exchange – LIFFE), finally becoming head of the FICC business.

Dr. Johnna Powell is Managing Director, and Head of Technology, Research and Innovation at DTCC. Within this role she drives external and internal innovation through strategic thought leadership, enterprise-wide advocacy, collaborative sponsorship and execution. She has driven instrumental impact in AI, Digital Assets & web3, and Emerging Tech & Next-Gen Capabilities at DTCC. She drives the AI transformation at DTCC, including defining the AI strategy, running execution of enterprise-wide prioritized use cases, establishing AI policies, governance and enablement teams (in close partnership with every DTCC department), responsible for democratizing AI and onboarding impactful GenAI technologies. She also drives enterprise-wide AI upskilling programs and industry-wide innovation events such as hackathons and showcases. Dr. Powell also leads the team responsible for designing, building and executing DTCC’s Digital Asset Launchpad, which also led the technical due diligence that enabled DTCC’s first blockchain acquisition and integration. Dr. Powell recently was listed among the World Federation of Exchanges’ Top Women Leaders for 2025 and the CoinDesk Top 50 Women in Web3 and AI for 2025. She currently serves on the Boards of Fnality, Inc. and serves as the Chair of the Board for both Canton Foundation and Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust.

In addition to her work at DTCC, Johnna was the Global Co-Head of ConsenSys NFT and Head of US Professional Services at ConsenSys, a leading blockchain and web3 software company, where she served multiple Fortune 100 clients on product design, development and launch. Her work included bringing to market a carbon credit trading platform with a global alliance of 4 banks, designing a digital securities issuance and lifecycle management platform with 10 of the largest global banks, and launching an NFT ticketing and collection platform with Sports Illustrated and several other Fortune 100 companies. Under her leadership, the ConsenSys NFT team spearheaded several high-profile endeavors in NFT collections across industries, including art, entertainment and music, including marquis collections such as Damien Hirst’s: The Currency Project and The Merge: Regenesis.

Prior to that, Johnna was a Vice President and Head of User Engagement within GLG, and senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on corporate strategy and commercial engagements including marketing & sales optimization and go-to-market strategies.

Dr. Powell holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT, where she conducted research in millimeter-wave imaging systems and Ultra-Wideband (“5G”) antennas for military applications. While at MIT, she won the IEEE International Best Paper Award for her research, along with a patent for her designs. In addition, BMW used her designs and prototypes in their Ultra-Wideband systems testing.

Joris Delanoue is Co-Founder and CEO of Fairmint, the leader in onchain equity infrastructure, powering the next generation of private capital markets. Justin Peterson is the Chief Technology Officer of Tradeweb Markets LLC, where he oversees the development of all trading platforms, infrastructure, and cybersecurity on a global scale. Appointed CTO in April 2020, he leads the firm’s technological strategy and innovation to support its position as a leader in electronic trading.

Previously, Mr. Peterson served as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Technology at Tradeweb, responsible for advancing the firm’s electronic platforms and trading systems. Since joining Tradeweb in 1999, he has driven the development of pricing and trading software, managed the global support team, and led the European technology group. A long-standing member of Tradeweb’s management team, he has also served on its Global Operating Committee for many years.

With more than three decades of experience in computer science and development, including over 20 years in financial services, Mr. Peterson brings extensive expertise to his role. Before joining Tradeweb, he was Vice President at Citibank, where he managed the development of web-based customer delivery and payment systems and improved electronic funds transfer systems. Earlier in his career, he worked at NYNEX Science and Technology on telephone network planning software and at Hughes Aircraft Company on computer-aided integrated circuit design tools.

Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, as well as a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kinga Bosse is a seasoned professional with a dynamic career spanning over two decades in the finance, insurtech, and fintech sectors. She has held diverse roles, including innovation investments, M&A, and finance positions at major industry players such as Houlihan Lokey, AIG, and State Street. Her experience extends to senior executive positions, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lukka, driving transformative financial strategies and fund raising activities. Most recently, Kinga has transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MPCH, a leading growth stage security firm for businesses and government agencies, marking her entrance into the field of physical & cyber security.

Madani Boukalba is the Founder & CEO of T-RIZE Group (est. 2022), an institutional market-infrastructure company on the Canton Network with two featured applications and fully deployed workflows for origination, structuring, tokenization, collateralization, and post-trade lifecycle management—supported by regulated distribution connectivity. T-RIZE has secured over $10B in signed contracts and MOUs and is delivering the first tokenized new-construction real-estate transaction on Canton, alongside one of the largest private-credit tokenizations in the market, targeting institutional-grade double-digit yields.

He is co-author of a U.S. patent-pending communication and orchestration protocol that powers T-RIZE’s public-permissioned infrastructure.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Canton Strategic Holdings, Mark Wendland oversees the company’s digital asset treasury strategy, including its Super Validator operations and ongoing investment in activities that support the Canton Network. Prior to joining the company through its digital asset strategy launch in November 2025, Mark Wendland was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DRW, a global trading firm with decades of experience across diverse markets and asset classes, including commodities, real estate, venture capital, and crypto assets. Mark joined DRW as its Global Head of Treasury in 2019. Previously he led U.S. Operations, Global Fixed Income Finance, Counterparty Strategy and Relationship Management at Citadel.

Patrick Corker is a Managing Director on the Digital Assets team at BNY. Ryan Trinkle is a co-founder and partner at Obsidian, a leading technology company providing consulting and node hosting services in the Canton ecosystem. A long-time contributor to the functional programming and open-source ecosystems, Ryan is best known for his work on Reflex FRP, a groundbreaking library that enabled Haskell (the programming language that Canton Network’s DAML smart contract language is based on) to enter new markets based on real-time data flow. Ryan is also on the board of several open source projects, including the Haskell Foundation and the NixOS Foundation.

At Obsidian, Ryan has led large-scale projects spanning decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and compliance technology. His experience bridges deep technical expertise with strategic product design and regulatory alignment.

As a board member of the Canton Foundation, Ryan chairs the Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of the Accountability Committee, and works with others throughout the organization to achieve the Network’s goals and build alignment among its many stakeholders.

Veronica Augustsson is a Partner at 7RIDGE, a sector-focused asset manager specializing in transformative technology for the capital markets. In her role, she leverages her extensive experience in technology and finance to support innovation and growth within the industry.

Prior to joining 7RIDGE, Veronica was the CEO of Cinnober, the leading independent provider of technology solutions for trading and clearing venues. Prior to the Canton, Melvis held senior leadership roles at OKX, a global digital asset exchange, where he led initiatives across institutional business development, partnerships, and operations. He also brings years of experience from traditional finance, having worked at Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley in roles spanning capital markets, macro trading, and product strategy across electronic FX & credit. An active participant in the Web3 ecosystem, Melvis is a strategic advisor and investor in early-stage blockchain and fintech ventures.

A strategic engineering and operations leader with deep experience building and governing large scale open source and institutional ecosystems, Amanda Martin serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Canton Foundation. In this role, she oversees program execution, governance frameworks, and operational strategy that enable Canton to operate as trusted, neutral infrastructure for institutional grade digital assets and capital markets activity. Her work focuses on aligning technical systems, incentives, and organizational design to support sustainable growth across a globally distributed network of validators, developers, and member institutions.

Prior to Canton, Amanda held leadership roles at the Linux Foundation, guiding strategy and execution across multiple global foundations spanning security, hardware, data science, and formal methods. She led board level planning, governance design, and multi million dollar programs, helping scale community led initiatives into enterprise aligned ecosystems. Earlier in her career, she worked as a software engineer and developer advocate, bringing a strong technical foundation and executive perspective to building resilient, mission driven technology communities.

Benjamin Stolman manages governance operations, ecosystem coordination, and operational data infrastructure for the Canton Foundation. His primary focus is ensuring the reliable execution of governance workflows across the Canton Network, including CIP lifecycle support, validator onboarding and tracking, featured application readiness and testing, and network reporting. He also leads the development of internal analytics and dashboards that provide visibility into network activity, governance progress, and operational health across the ecosystem.

Prior to joining the Canton Foundation, Benjamin founded and served as COO of C3 Rules, where he led the development of a rules engine designed to help global banks classify cryptoasset exposures in line with Basel Committee standards. He previously worked as a Product Manager on the Accumulate Layer-1 blockchain, managing cross-functional global teams through multiple testnets and a mainnet launch, with responsibility spanning product delivery, QA, DevOps coordination, and protocol documentation. Earlier in his career, he conducted research at Inveniam Capital Partners on applying data analytics and machine learning techniques to private market asset valuation.

Bo Zhang is BD Director covering Europe at the Canton Foundation, where he focuses on institutional partnerships and ecosystem development for the Canton Network. He brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, with expertise in institutional investment management, operational scaling, and cross-border business development.

Prior to Canton, Bo served as Chief Operations Officer and Head of Institutional Strategy at Function, where he led institutional go-to-market strategy, built an extensive external manager investment program, and helped orchestrated multi-chain product launches. Before Function, he led growth and investment strategy at Fyde Labs, an institutional digital asset advisory supporting family offices, hedge funds, and treasuries. Bo began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he served as a portfolio manager in the Chief Investment Office constructing multi-asset portfolios across client assets. He holds an MBA from London Business School.

Jatin Pandya manages Developer Relations at Canton Foundation, where he architects onboarding experiences, open-source Developer Toolings, and Builder Initiatives that bridge institutional-chain privacy infrastructure with the broader DeFi Developer ecosystem. His work focuses on making Canton’s unique privacy-first smart contract architecture accessible to builders, creating the right developer tooling and resources alongside working with Partner Development studios.

Prior to Canton, Jatin spent over three years building developer ecosystems across multiple Layer 1 blockchains, where he shipped core developer tools and documentation frameworks from scratch, reducing onboarding friction and accelerating ecosystem growth. His approach combines technical depth with a commitment to accessibility, believing that complex technology should be explained simply, and that the builders creating decentralized infrastructure need enablers, not gatekeepers. At Canton, that means positioning privacy infrastructure for the institutional use cases that public blockchains can’t touch.

As the Foundation’s first data scientist, Josefin Hao is building the data infrastructure and pipelines that power Canton’s analytics capabilities. Her work spans the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to modeling and visualization—establishing the groundwork for data-driven decision making across the organization. She translates complex network data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions shaping Canton’s growth and governance.

Prior to Canton, Josefin led data analytics initiatives at OKX, where she built machine learning models and automated reporting systems for the global institutions team. She began her career as a Quantitative Developer at Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Stockholm before transitioning into options trading. She is an ML and AI enthusiast who has built several agentic AI projects exploring autonomous workflows and multi-agent systems.

Parth Chaturvedi manages BD efforts in the APAC and Middle East regions, along with a global focus on Institutional and VC fund relationships for the Canton Foundation. His primary goal is to grow the network activity via engagements with both Institutions and early stage builders, particularly helping the latter scale and execute on their GTM Strategies. He’s also focusing on the upcoming Ecosystem Grants Fund to help potential network enablers.

Prior to Canton, Parth had a balanced mix of exeperience in Tradfi and Web3. He started as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPM. Moved into Blockchain Research within the Bank’s Kinexys unit as a Research Associate. Went on to manage OTC trade executions at the Crypto trading desk for institutional platform, FalconX. Then he headed Web3 Investments, for the Corp VC arm of CoinSwitch, followed by leading Corp Dev initiatives for India and Middle East’s largest Crypto Platform, CoinDCX. He has an MBA degree in Finance from Management Development Institute and was an Economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce

Teagan leads global DeFi BD and institutional efforts in Taiwan. His focus is on identifying applications with real users and volume that can meaningfully benefit from Canton’s network effects, privacy guarantees, and settlement architecture. He owns the end-to-end partner lifecycle on Canton, from onboarding and technical alignment to ecosystem connectivity and go-to-market execution.

Prior to Canton, Teagan held business development and product roles across Web3 infrastructure and protocol teams, spanning middleware, ecosystem growth, and GTM strategy. His background combines hands-on experience working with protocol founders, enterprise partners, and internal product teams, with a strong technical foundation that enables him to bridge commercial strategy and execution. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Thomas Chou is Head of Growth, APAC, responsible for global and regional go-to-market strategy, ecosystem development, and market expansion. He brings over a decade of experience across global technology platforms and digital asset infrastructure, with leadership roles spanning the United States and international markets, including Meta, TikTok, OKX, and Aptos.

He has built and scaled growth programs globally, including the Boost Leaders Network at Meta, and was a creator of TikTok’s early marketing and commerce solutions in the U.S. and international markets. In Web3, he led product marketing and ecosystem expansion for OKX Wallet, with a focus on disciplined GTM execution, partner-led distribution, and sustainable adoption across complex regulatory environments.

Gino joined the Canton Foundation to build out the data infrastructure that will power the Foundation’s analytics and AI capabilities. He brings 13+ years of experience across research, data science, machine learning, and data engineering, along with full-stack software engineering on both the front-end and back-end. Prior to Canton, Gino was the sole data architect at the Hedera Foundation, where he rebuilt the Foundation’s data platform and CRM infrastructure from the ground up. Before crypto, he spent the better part of a decade building data systems in healthcare and life sciences at Tendo, H1, and Pfizer. At Canton, his focus is on standing up scalable, reliable data pipelines and governance, and using that foundation to deploy automation and AI-driven tooling across the Foundation. He holds a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University.
