React Hooks API

React Hooks PartyLayer provides React hooks for accessing wallet state, performing operations, and managing sessions. The hooks below are the main entrypoint (`@partylayer/react`): they use `useSyncExternalStore` and must be used within a `PartyLayerKit` or `PartyLayerProvider`. v2 also adds a TanSt
