CantonBFT Improvements
- Raised some log thresholds around epoch/topology transition to INFO to troubleshoot issues with the orderer not being able to make progress in some scenarios.
- Fixed an OutputModule memory leak caused by abandoned block state during recovery and view changes.
- Fixed race conditions in the creation of P2P connections that could lead to warnings and P2P connection management misbehavior.
- Limit how many commit certificates are sent in a single retransmission message to avoid exceeding the maximum message size.
Minor Improvements
- Bump AWS SDK version to 2.55.2 to address a security vulnerability in a dependency
